What uses credits?
Credits pay for work the AI does for you: questions to @loam, research, briefs, meeting prep, transcription and task automation. A simple question uses 1 credit, a complex one 3. Messaging, huddles, documents, tasks and everything else never use credits. Pro includes huddle transcription and task automation without using credits. You're alerted at 80%, and you can top up any time.
What happens if we run out?
Admins are alerted at 80% and 100% of the month's credits. Past 100% you get a 10% buffer free, then top up (packs from $50) or wait for the next month. Everything that never uses credits keeps working.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: three working days, for up to three people, with one connection. Add a card (it isn't charged) to unlock a second connection and one hire.
What are hires?
Specialists you add to the team, such as Community Engagement and SEO Optimizer. Each is $99 a month billed annually, or $119 month to month, and comes with its own credits. Switch one off any time: a monthly hire stops at the end of the month, an annual one at renewal.
Can people on one team be on different plans?
No. The plan covers the whole workspace, so everyone has the same tools.
Is there a minimum?
Three people.
