A single unit of work Loam performs — not a raw API call. A Q&A query counts as 1 action, a proactive alert is 1 action, a generated report is 3 actions, and passive ingestion is 0.5 actions. Memory operations and permission checks are always free.
What happens if I exceed my included actions?
No hard cutoff. You'll get alerts at 80% and 100% usage. Additional actions are billed at $0.10 each (Starter), $0.08 (Growth), or $0.06 (Scale). No surprise bills — just predictable overage pricing.
How does the free trial work?
Start with any plan free for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or your workspace pauses until you subscribe.
